Introduction:

அறிமுகம்:

 Customers are kindly advised to peruse and comprehend these Terms carefully prior to utilizing the Services, as they shall be deemed binding upon the Customer without any dissent.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள், சேவைகளைப் பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு முன் இவ்விதிமுறைகளை கவனமாக வாசித்து, புரிந்து கொள்ளுமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள், ஏனெனில் இவை வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு கட்டாயமாக பிணைப்பாகும்.

Gold Rate Booking pertains to a process whereby customers are able to reserve or book gold at a predetermined price for a future purchase. This enables customers to secure a desired quantity of gold at a fixed rate, shielding themselves from any potential price hikes.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவு என்பது வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் எதிர்கால வாங்கலுக்காக ஒரு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட விலைக்கு தங்கத்தை முன்பதிவு செய்யும் செயல்முறை ஆகும். இது, வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் விருப்பமான அளவிலான தங்கத்தை நிலையான விலையில் உறுதி செய்யும் வகையில், விலை உயர்விலிருந்து அவர்களை பாதுகாக்க உதவுகிறது.

Gold Rate Booking Redemption:

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவை மீட்டெடுக்கும் விதிகள்:

 Customers can only redeem their Gold Rate Booking by visiting the Jewellers' showroom.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்களின் தங்க விகித முன்பதிவை மீட்டெடுக்க jewellers ன் ஷோரூமிற்கு நேரிலாக வரவேண்டும்.

Please Note that customer can redeem their Gold Rate Booking only by purchasing new jewellery. Any cash/Bank Redemption will not be made against the gold rate.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவை புதிய நகைகள் வாங்குவதற்காக மட்டுமே மீட்டெடுக்க முடியும். பணமாக அல்லது வங்கித் தொகையாக மீட்டெடுக்க முடியாது என்பதை தயவுசெய்து கவனிக்கவும்.

Gold Rate Booking Redemption is made only after 24 hours of gold booking.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவை பதிவு செய்த 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குப் பிறகு மட்டுமே மீட்டெடுக்கலாம்.

Other Important Points:

மற்ற முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்:

 Customers are welcome to make Gold Rate Bookings for any number of transactions.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் எந்தவொரு எண்ணிக்கையிலான தங்க விகித முன்பதிவுகளையும் செய்யலாம்.

The minimum amount for Gold Rate Booking Transactions is Rs.5000/- per transaction, while the maximum amount is Rs.500000/- per transaction.

ஒவ்வொரு முன்பதிவு பரிவர்த்தனைக்கும் குறைந்தபட்ச தொகை ரூ.5000/- மற்றும் அதிகபட்சம் ரூ.500000/- ஆகும்.

It is important to note that Gold Rate Booking is non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other metal or purity.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவு பிறர் பெயருக்கு மாற்றக்கூடியதல்ல. இது மற்ற எந்தவொரு உலோகம் அல்லது தூய்மைக்கு மாற்றப்பட முடியாது.

Gold Rate Booking remains valid for a period of 1 year from the date of booking. Customers are advised to complete their purchase transaction within this time frame.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவின் செல்லுத்தல் காலம் பதிவு செய்த நாளிலிருந்து 1 வருடம் மட்டுமே. வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் இந்நேரத்திற்குள் தங்களின் வாங்கும் செயல்முறையை முடிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.

Liability and Risk:

பொறுப்பும் அபாயமும்:

The liability of the Company, its branch, or its stores under the Gold Rate Booking is limited to the extent of Gold Rate Booking weight.

தங்க விகித முன்பதிவின் கீழ், நிறுவனத்தின், அதன் கிளையின் அல்லது கடையின் பொறுப்பு, முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட தங்க எடையின் வரம்பிற்குள் மட்டுமே இருக்கும்.

Any conditions that are not explicitly covered above would be the discretion of the Company at the time of Gold Rate Booking/ Redeem. The decision of the Company in this regard would be deemed irrevocable and final.

மேலே வெளிப்படையாகக் குறிப்பிடப்படாத எந்த விதிமுறைகளும் நிறுவனத்தின் விருப்பப்படி தீர்மானிக்கப்படும். இதுகுறித்த நிறுவனத்தின் முடிவுகள் இறுதித் தீர்மானமாகவும் மாற்ற முடியாததாகவும் கருதப்படும்.

Force Majeure:

இயற்கை பேரழிவுகள் மற்றும் கட்டுப்பாடற்ற சூழ்நிலைகள் (Force Majeure):

Please note that if performance under these Terms is prevented, restricted, delayed, or interfered with by any of the following reasons: labour disputes, strikes, acts of God, floods, lightning, severe weather, shortages of materials, rationing, inducement of any virus, Trojan, or other disruptive mechanisms, any event of hacking or illegal usage of the Platform, utility or communication failures, earthquakes, war, revolution, acts of terrorism, civil commotion, acts of public enemies, blockade, embargo or any law, order, proclamation, regulation, ordinance, demand or requirement having legal effect of any government or any judicial authority or representative of any such government, or failure of any device used to access the Platform or any other act whatsoever.

Which is beyond the reasonable control of "G Rajam Chetty and Sons Jewellers LLP" and could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions, then "G Rajam Chetty and Sons Jewellers LLP" shall be relieved from such performance to the extent of and during the period of such force majeure event. Such non-performance by "G Rajam Chetty and Sons Jewellers LLP" shall not be considered a breach of its obligations herein.

தயவுசெய்து கவனிக்கவும்: கீழ்கண்ட காரணங்களால் இவ்விதிமுறைகளின் கீழ் உள்ள செயல்திறன் தடையூறும் பட்சத்தில் — தொழிலாளர் மோதல்கள், வேலைநிறுத்தங்கள், இயற்கையின் தாக்கங்கள், வெள்ளம், இடிமின்னல், கடுமையான வானிலை, உதிரி பொருட்களின் பற்றாக்குறை, ஒதுக்கீடு, வைரஸ், ட்ரோஜன் அல்லது பிற இடையூறும் மெக்கனிசங்கள், ஹேக்கிங் அல்லது தளத்தின் சட்டவிரோத பயன்பாடு, பயன்பாடு அல்லது தகவல் தொடர்பு சேவையின் தோல்வி, பூமிக்கிளர்ச்சி, போர், புரட்சி, பயங்கரவாத நடவடிக்கைகள், குடியரசு கலக்கம், பகைமையுடன் நடக்கும் பொதுமக்கள் செயல்கள், தடையீடுகள், தடுப்பூசிகள் அல்லது எந்தவொரு அரசாங்கத்தின், நீதித்துறையின் அல்லது அதன் பிரதிநிதியின் சட்ட, உத்தரவு, அறிவிப்பு, ஒழுங்குமுறை, கட்டளை, கோரிக்கை போன்றவை மற்றும் தளத்தை அணுக பயன்படும் சாதனங்களின் செயலிழப்பு அல்லது இதற்குப் பிறகு எந்தவொரு செயல்களாலும் ஏற்பட்டால்,

இவை அனைத்தும் “G Rajam Chetty and Sons Jewellers LLP” நிறுவனத்தின் நியாயமான கட்டுப்பாட்டுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டவையாகவும், நியாயமான முன்னெச்சரிக்கையால் தவிர்க்க முடியாதவையாகவும் இருந்தால், அந்த நேரத்திற்கும், அந்த அளவிற்கும் அமைவாக நிறுவனம் தனது கடமைகளை நிறைவேற்றத் தவிர்க்கத் தகுதியுடையதாகும். இத்தகைய செயலிழப்புகள் “G Rajam Chetty and Sons Jewellers LLP” இன் இந்நிபந்தனைகளின் கீழ் உள்ள கடமைகளை மீறுதல் எனக் கருதப்படமாட்டாது.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

சட்டவியல் ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் நீதிமன்ற நிலை:

 Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Kanchipuram, to the exclusion of any other court's jurisdiction.

ஏதேனும் சர்ச்சைகள் ஏற்பட்டால், அவை காஞ்சிபுரம் நீதிமன்ற அதிகாரத்திற்கு உட்பட்டவையாக இருக்கும். வேறு எந்த நீதிமன்றத்திற்கும் இது உட்பட்டதாக இருக்காது.

In the event of any changes in existing laws, rules, Acts, etc. by any regulatory authority, the Company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or discontinue the Gold Rate Booking option as necessary to comply with the evolving laws and requirements applicable to the account holder.

Gold Rate Booking enables customers to plan their finances more effectively as the customer knows the gold rate.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்க விகிதத்தை முன்னமே தெரிந்து வைத்திருப்பதால், தங்கள் நிதி திட்டங்களை சிறப்பாக திட்டமிட முடிகிறது.

Customers can initiate Gold Rate Booking in smaller denominations, starting from Rs.5000/-.

தங்க விகிதத்தை ரூ.5000/- முதல் தொடங்கி குறைந்த தொகைகளில் கூட முன்பதிவு செய்யலாம்.

Customers can effortlessly redeem their Gold Rate Booking by visiting the jeweller’s showroom.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்க விகித முன்பதிவை எளிதாக நகை கடையில் சென்று மீட்டெடுக்கலாம்.
